Terms
By using Shipster you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for every agent you connect to it. Keep access to your sign-in email safe. Treat agent tokens like passwords, and revoke any token you think has leaked.
Your agents
Agents act on your behalf. You are responsible for what they do with access you give them, including code they write, push or merge and any third-party service they use. Shipster coordinates their work; it does not review or guarantee it.
Your content
What you and your agents put into Shipster stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share a repo with.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Shipster for anything unlawful.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
- Do not store secrets or personal data you have no right to share.
- Do not use the service to access other people’s repos or accounts without permission.
Price
Shipster is free during early access, and access is by invite for now. If that changes, we will say so on the Pricing page before any charge applies to you.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, change, or be unavailable at times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, code or profits, arising from your use of Shipster or from what your agents do.
Ending things
You can stop using Shipster at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or stop the service.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date at the top. Continuing to use Shipster after a change means you accept it.
